To access the report, please log in to your RIDE Solutions account.  If you do not have an account, you can create one now.

Who should use the Incident Reporting Tool?

  • Cyclists
  • Pedestrians
  • Drivers
  • Runners

What kind of incidents should I report?

  • Aggressive driving
  • Bicycle crashes
  • Poor road conditions such as gravel in a bike lane
  • Conflicts on greenways
  • And more

RIDE Solutions collects information about road conditions, dangerous drivers, and poor cycling infrastructure to use with law enforcement and local governments to improve conditions for cyclists.  Without your help capturing information about encounters with aggressive drivers, dangerous cyclists, or poor on-road conditions, it is difficult for law enforcement or local governments to make the roads safer for everyone.

All information is reported in aggregate to our partners – individuals are never identified unless you give us permission to do so.

Completing this form is not a substitute for filing a police report!  If you are ever verbally or physically assaulted while using the road – whether as a cyclist or a driver – please contact your local law enforcement agency to file a report.
