2017 Bike Shorts Film Festival Announces Prize Winners

Roanoke, VA. (May 1st 2017) – The organizers of the 7th Annual Bike Shorts Film Festival are pleased to announce the winners of the 2017 Juried Prize, Best Local Film, Best Original music, Best Teen Film, and first Audience Choice awards. RIDE Solutions received 15 videos representing local, national, and international filmmakers for the 2017 festival.

Lynchburg’s Clean Commute Challenge and Bike Month

Mayor Michael Gillette rang in May’s Bike and Clean Commute Challenge Month with a Proclamation reading on the Lynchburg City Town Hall steps April 28th.     Mayor Gillette noted the importance of all modes of transportation and recognized the value in the bike lanes, crosswalks, and public transit to the City of Lynchburg.

RIDE Solutions Launches Annual Clean Commute Challenge
